» Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
» Tickets purchased online are not eligible for discounts, schemes or promotions
of any kind.
» It is mandatory to present your credit card and booking confirmation (SMS/computer
print out) at the KALAKRITI box office when collecting your ticket.
» This transaction is being carried out over a secure payment gateway.
» Tickets should be purchased for children above 3 years
» Tickets purchased online for a particular show are valid for that show only.
» Outside eatables are not allowed inside the premises
» Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the Oswal
Leisures management.
» Management holds the right to admission
